In 2023 I decided to add online coaching to my current offerings to allow myself to work with my clients on every aspect of their health and wellness journey.


Online coaching looks at everything from nutrition to workouts to daily habits. Coaching is bespoke and personalised to you and your goals. Whether you are a gym bunny or a busy mum with less time, BBH coaching is here to help you achieve your goals.

This is a 20 minute Pilates bodyweight session where we will be working the glutes and the core. Suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy. Equipment needed: -Mat *Before getting started with these workouts, please check with your medical practitioner that they are happy for you to partake. *All workouts are untaken at your own risk.
Pre-Natal Pilates Exercise Ball

This is a 5 minute Pilates session where we will be using an exercise ball to help open up the hips and keep the body mobile. Suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy. Pre-Natal Side Pilates
