All workouts follow TMBH | The Method By Hannah, a training method built around sustainable lifestyle change — helping you build strength, confidence and consistency without extremes.

A class focusing on form and core connection. No equipment required. I teach all levels throughout. If your struggling to engage your core this ones for you!

This is a 30 minute classic Pilates full body workout, focusing on glutes, core and little bit of upper body to start. A chance to focus on the core Pilates principles using classical exercises. The class is suitable for all levels and abilities, I teach different levels throughout. Enjoy!
Pilates ring workout

Pilates ring workout
A short and spicy pilates ring workout to get those inner thighs and core burning! the perfect session to tag onto the end of a workout or if you want something quick to fit into your day. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. A Pilates ring is required.
