A 20 minute classic pilates routine that guides you through a full body workout. Perfect for a quick home workout, an extra class for the week or even just to move in a different way. All abilities welcome. No equipment required other than a mat space and some water. Come and move your body with me, enjoy!
Pre-Natal Bodyweight Pilates

This is a 20 minute Pilates bodyweight session where we will be working the glutes and the core. Suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy. Equipment needed: -Mat *Before getting started with these workouts, please check with your medical practitioner that they are happy for you to partake. *All workouts are undertaken at your own risk.

This is a 5 minute Pilates session where we will be using an exercise ball to help open up the hips and keep the body mobile. Suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy.
