Pilates

I am a classically trained Pilates instructor, having now taught for 3+ years in various locations. I love being able to use the principles of Pilates, whilst adding my own flair to each class. In my classes you will focus on form and technique, whilst feeling like your body is getting a great workout! I offer different levels and options in all classes so you can work at your own pace.

Barre

Having now taught barre for the last 2 years, it’s a class I have fallen in love with. Whilst using my knowledge of pilates, we work in a mindful and controlled manner to really feel that full body burn! This is a feel-good class, covering all levels and abilities.

Bootcamp

BBH Bootcamp has been going since I started my business! I designed this class for everyone and anyone to come and find the fun in fitness! It’s a non competitive bootcamp which challenges you in different ways each week.

in person classes

I am a qualified Pilates and Barre instructor, offering classes to suit all abilities and levels as well as pre/post-natal options.

 

I also run weekly bootcamp sessions which are fun sessions for all levels of fitness!
