
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Hannah
I am a fully qualified and Insured PT, online coach, Pilates and Barre instructor and the founder of Body By Hannah (BBH). I have a passion for fitness coaching and being able to educate to build health and confidence. My aim is to help you through training and having nutritious meals that make you feel strong, confident and overall happy within.
I started my fitness journey back in 2016. Previously to this I have always been sporty, competing in equestrian sport was something I loved until the age of 22. In 2016 I decided I needed to up my game and get on board with looking after my health. Fast-forward to today, it’s been a great journey; I have shared my whole experience of fitness via my social media.
During my course I began working in a gym based in Wiltshire. Once I qualified, I started my business BBH. BBH currently offers personal training (PT), online coaching, in person classes and online workouts for you to complete at home.

Hannah checks up on you regularly making sure you are happy with your plan. Exercise work outs and diet plans are geared to each individual.
